Avenue Wheel Shop (www.AvenueWheelShop.com) has proudly donated a 2003 model Ford E250 van to the Boys and Girls Club of Ventura and the vehicle has been customized specifically for the youth organization's use by the maintenance department at AWS Automotive.  Additionally, Avenue Wheel Shop shall be maintaining and repairing the vehicle free of charge for five years.  As an avid supporter of the Boys and Girls Club organization, AWS automotive has gladly maintained the entire armada of vehicles in use by the Boys and Girls Club at a significantly discounted rate for the last seven years and they will continue doing so in the future.

In addition to offering support in the form of maintenance and vehicle donations, AWS automotive have achieved platinum level donor status within the organization.

AWS strongly supports and believes in the Boys and Girls Club's mission of providing a safe and secure environment for members to learn; fostering relationships with caring professional adults; providing enriching programs and character-building opportunities; and creating hope and opportunity.  AWS happily backs the organization which helps youth's to reach their full potential.

The Boys and Girls Club is particularly endearing to AWS in part because AWS owner Larry Ehrhardt was a member of the organization who spent a significant amount of time with the club in his youth.
The Boys and Girls Club's positive impact on youth's can be observed in many ways.  For example, kids involved with the organization are more likely to graduate from high school and they've also been demonstrated to record a 0% teen pregnancy rate.

For an organization that contributes in such positive ways to society AWS graciously and enthusiastically offers its support to the BGCA in any way they can.
